Typography Infographic Test (TIT)

I'm gathering information for an infographic I want to make about 'Old Style' typefaces. I always thought that they look so much alike and I never really understood why you should choose one and not the other for a specific project or purpose. Now I found a reason to look closely into the typefaces and find out what it exactly is that makes them different from each other. 

For now I've chosen Baskerville, Adobe Caslon, Fleischmann, Garamond, Adobe Jenson, Times New Roman and Century Schoolbook. Can you see the differences? And do you know which one is the real Garamond?
